Hi, I'm Shikha, based in Mumbai.

By day, I'm a Senior Research Consultant at Fractal Analytics, working across UX research, behavioral science and innovation.

 

Outside of work, I run Lil' Monsters, a merch store where I draw without rules or reason, and Make Ideas Work, where I simplify complex design thinking ideas through comics.
